When God speaks into your life, expect only good things to happen to and for you. God is a good God! He is for you and not against you because He loves you. “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.” (Jeremiah 29:11).
Isaiah 55:10 talks about the rain and snow that falls from heaven to water the earth, causing it to bring forth seed and bread. These symbolize the good things that come from our Father in Heaven. His goal is to prosper you, not to harm you; to give you peace and joy.
Consider what God says in Isaiah 55:12 following our meditation verses for today: “For you shall go out with joy, And be led out with peace; The mountains and the hills Shall break forth into singing before you, And all the trees of the field shall clap their hands.“
This is a beautiful expression of what He desires for us. God loves us unconditionally, and His thoughts toward us are only good. So, expect only good from your Heavenly Father today. Trust Him and see His goodness.
